this town, the criminal are all insane . . . but then again, so is the hero. Bedlam, the
Knightstalker
The son of Batman and Harley
Quinn. Ms. Quinn was understandably apprehensive about informing the Joker
so she tricked everyone into believe it was his. His given name is Bedlam
Quinn. He was raised by the Joker for ten years. The combination of Batman’s
genetics and the Joker’s environment drove him insane. Fluctuates between
mad thinker like brilliance and Shape’s (Squadron Supreme) childlike
innocence. The court to placed in a sanitarium in Okinawa where he learned
judo (taught as therapy) and mastered Shuri-Ryu Karate-do taught to him by a
kindly old master who worked there as a custodian.
Doesn’t have any superpowers but believes he does. This removes the fear
control that sane people have and allows him to get the most out of his
physical skills. His notable fighting skills, combined with the fact that he
is completely unpredictable, make him rather formidable. Some of his quirks,
like having conversations with the voices in his head during a fight are
seen as brilliant tactics that have given him the upper hand several times.
He has savant-like mechanical and language abilities. In addition, he has a
photographic memory; however, extracting the information is sometimes very
difficult.
His
weapon of choice is a weighted chain. As KnightStalker, he has started using
a custom ax-type weapon in the Horizon Temple spear technique. His battlecry
is inexplicably “Tequila”.
Originally believed that his “power” came from his
pet, Dante the wonder dog, whom he made a custom consisting of a tee-shirt
and a cape attached to his collar. [NOTE: Other than his unshakable
happy-go-luckiness, the 90lb black lab has no
superpowers to speak of.] After learning about “dog years”, he realized that
Dante was older than him and decided to ask Dante if he could become his
sidekick. Dante apparently agreed. Adopted a similar costume to Dante and
demanded to go into battle with his new mentor until Wonder Woman, the only
person that Bedlam completely listens to, explained that putting Dante in
harms way was a bad idea and that having a custom with pants was a good one.
Recently learned that he is Batman’s son. Changed codename to Knightstalker
and began imitating the Dark Avenger. Batman, who doesn’t know the truth,
finds this amazing annoying. The rest of the JLA, realizing that role
playing helps level Bedlam out, think it is a great idea. Batman finds this
even more annoying.
He still comments the odd faux pas, such as playing 'duck, duck, goose' at a
recent Whitehouse dinner to honor the JLA. Has recently been linked to Paris
Hilton by the entertainment media.

Black
Diamond - son of Blue Diamond and Black Star. Has the proportional
strength and durability of a diamond - although you probably guessed that. Not
quite as hard as a diamond due to a higher carbon content; however, this makes
him a little more flexible and less likely to crack (his biggest fear). Can also
filter light to something similar to mom's black stuff. Light source must be
bright in order for it to work and it exhausts him. Plus he can't really control
it two well. Last year it sucked two innocent bystanders into the abyss. Had to
have his mom get them out. Pretty embarrassing for a hero, I suppose. Tries to
be a tough guy leader type but fails due to his own insecurities. Really doesn't
like the freakish look, resents his dad's normal appearance. On time off, he
enjoys going to the mall in disguise and letting rude people bump into him.
The
son of Vance Astro and Mirage from the New Mutants. Disillusioned with the world
he became a supre-villian. Inherited a similar ability to his Mom's but instead
of showing people their greatest fear he shows their greatest hope being dashed
to pieces. I give you . . . Major Disappointment.
By the time it dawned on him what a lousy name it the business cards had already been printed.
The second attachment is the good Major on casual Friday at Super-Villian Corp. Note the khaki mask.
